“Goodbye” is the debut single of American R&B singer, Kristinia DeBarge. It was released to US iTunes on April 7, 2009 and to US pop radio on April 28, 2009. The song has already been added to Z100 along with many other big pop stations. It samples the song “Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye” by Steam. The song has sold 123,223 downloads.
The single slowly started to gain airplay on the pop format of U.S. radio in early April and continued to slowly grow until mid-April when a Z100 add sent the song shooting up in airplay with digital sales soon following behind it. The song debuted at number 75 on the Billboard Hot 100 on April 30, 2009. It currently sits at 30.
